To get to the other side.

Mediation Agreements are confidential. So they can't be admitted into evidence. Not even evidence of their own fraudulentness.

(All true, except for that last part.)

I was supposedly served, um leaving it on my door knob where the kid is the one who finds it isn't being served. Not even in an envelope, with a coffee stain on it.

Moron claims that he has my signature which is impossible since I never signed anything. I could have made and issue out of it but it wouldn't have changed anything just delayed things. I didn't get "served" until less than a week before the actual court date.

People do completely idiodic things and think that no one will notice.

Hang in there MG - you're in the right.

We went to mediation and came to an agreement, which we both signed. A week later he left an "amended" version of the mediation agreement on my coffee table. The following day he left me a voice mail asking if I had signed it. Well, I didn't sign it, but I sure as heck faxed it to my attorney.

When comparing the official document with the "amended" document, they are totally the same in fonts, even the court case numbers at the top, and the squiggley line down the center. The only problem is that it was in no way an offical document. I know Dawn well enough to know she used the official form to recreate the amended one. I am a whole lot smarter than they are and knew where it came from immediatly.

This all happened in the middle of summer. Part of the amended thing was that Nickolas was to be here one week and there the next, shutteling him back and forth every other week. I knowe why she did this, so that David wouldn't have to pay 1/2 of his summer day care costs.
Now that school is back in session it is a dead issue.

This weekend Nickolas came home with a few gems. His dad told hi mthat we need to disconnect the internet and that I need to get rid of my nails.

LOL He thinks he has the right to dictate my life!!!!

In the meantime he wonders why I am so insistant on getting Nickolas in to see a counselor.

So, she runs his life so he decides to run yours? Does he think that because he has to pay child support he gets to dictate the line items in your budget?

Go to make a post, then scroll down: there is a 'Manage attachments' tab that allows you to load images from your comp or url.

Spoiler:
My beagle was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Her heart is so enlarged (result of an infection we didn't know about) that she can barely breathe. She's now on three heart meds and may possibly live a day more, a week more, a month more, a year more, a couple of years more - they don't know.

Big Hugs from the LashPair. :(
