Snowflake, you absolutely rock.

I wasn't just being a paranoid ninny about my grade - the prof made a big deal about participation being 25% of the grade, and then only called on me once (but called on other people over and over.) So I figured if I did really well on the exam I'd get a B+. Thus, the A is quite a nice surprise.

Meanwhile, I have "I'm Henry VIII, I am" stuck in my head - as performed by Banana Erectors.

Man, I'm watching my Looney Tunes box set (vol 2). Holy Mackerel! Bugs Bunny is damn funny.
They don't make 'em like that any more.
:)

I love Bugs and Daffy, but not the early ones. Too much like Itchy and Scratchy. Bugs and Daffy were my favorite cartoons growing up.:)

Totally. There's no beating Transylvania 6-5000 and Robin Hood Daffy. And we can't forget What's Opera Doc?
:)

Bugs Bunny's my hero.

To this day, 'Pismo Beach' cracks me up.

I had a rather odd discussion with The Boy tonight.
"Why does C have 2 mothers? Why is S considered his guardian and K his mom?"

C is a friend of his at school, in his class for the 3rd time since first grade. I work with one of his moms.

So I kept it simple, just saying that he had 2 moms like some kids have a mom & a dad and some kids can have 2 dads.

His response was, "Cool."

I'm housesitting in Yucaipa and its like 112 outside right now.

wendybeth 08-27-2007 10:46 PM

Yucaipa sounds like a place where it would be 112 this time of night.

CoasterMatt 08-27-2007 10:50 PM

Yucaipa sounds like an indecent proposal
