Butter, garlic... and sriracha? I'd never have thought of that!

Seriously goonie, it's totally addicting. On corn, it's like crack.

When I'm back to being able to eat garlic, I'll totally have to try it

What? You're a vampire now?

Morrigoon 07-26-2011 04:49 PM

The vampire inside me doesn't like garlic in my blood, apparently.

(Every time I eat garlic, I end up regretting it)

Tonight's dinner was pretty decent. Cooked up some seasoned chicken breast in a pan, stir fry veggies, and topped it all with TJ's Orange Sauce, all over white rice.

Not exactly the breaded-and-fried orange chicken we're used to, but a nice dish in its own right.

We had meatloaf, smooshed potatoes (baked potatoes smooshed up with some butter, salt and pepper with a little milk - so like mashed potatoes but a lot chunkier, sort of), roasted carrots with a little too much pepper on them (although I thought they were delicious) and some crescent rolls. I never buy the crescent rolls but was going to try out some hamburger pie recipe I saw online. After reading over the recipe again though I decided to make something else with them.

We have no kitchen stuff unpacked yet, so today's food was delivery pizza.

Oh I think more of an explanation than that! Do tell! What exactly is Caramelised White Chocolate With Sea Salt? And butter chicken for that matter.
