For iSm: the trailer to Gunga Din ... the movie that almost certainly inspired Temple of Doom.
|
This has put me in quite a quandry (not the trailer for Gunga Din), but the fact that I'd rather go to a movie I'll have already seen twice with a bunch of friends than go to the WEDDING of some kind acquaintances ... and that I'm hoping for a way to ditch the reception after the ceremony.
I feel so creepy for this, and now I know I won't be entirely happy no matter what happens or what I do. Bah. |

It speaks volumes that you'd rather go see the movie (that you've seen twice) then see the marriage. |

Sigh, once I get the invite and find out the where and when of things, I'll know more. But I already know I will not be entirely pleased with any choice I make. |

Woot! The Wedding's on Sunday, the 25th. (Sorry, Mark ... I can go to Indy after all). Um, now the movie better be good.
I just got back from seeing the Raiders of the Lost Ark alternate video - - made by kids in Mississippi in the late 80's over a 7-year span. OMFG, it was hysterical. And the stories of the Making-Of during a Q&A afterwards were priceless. On less fantastic Indy news ... the giant display will be costing me $380 to ship to the ebay winner in Pennsylvania. Ugh, I just know the 2nd place bidder who got beat out by $25 at the last minute lives in North Hollywood or something. Bah. But Hooray, I get to go to Indy 4 with the gang! Er, ugh, Borneio, what about that alternate seating contingent??? |
Yes yes. If a ticket is available I will take it. Please let me know!
