16 months ago I bought some stock in my company. The price was way down and I knew it would go back up.

I just sold it for double what I paid. I actually think it's going to continue to rise, but double was the benchmark I set, and a damned good return for 16 months, so I did the smart thing and quit while I'm ahead.

Our Chameleon (Karma) is laying eggs!!!

(Well, she was laying a couple of hours ago - she's probably done by now.)

After about 8-10 months, we may have some baby Chameleons (first clutches are always questionable with Chameleons).

So tonight, I get to go digging through dirt to find those damn eggs (they always bury deep).

But not very original. I am on a Chameleon forum and I am starting to think that almost every Chameleon owner (at least those of us that lived through the 80's) has named one of there Chams 'Karma'

We named another one Darma: Karma and Darma.
One of our older boys (who we lost) was named Dogma. Like "my Karma ran over your Dogma."

The most recent acquisition, which we secured the same day that Theo Allen was born (and Susan's birthday), is named T-Bone. We hated to see a great name go to waste.

Theo does open his eyes wide and stick his tongue out a lot.

Can he move them independently?

Also, if he starts using his tongue to catch crickets that are several inches away, look out!

For those who missed it (Susan tweeted this photo yesterday), Karma fell asleep a couple of times during the process (from exhaustion I am sure - she was having a difficult time). She was able to get a picture of it (she is nose-down in one of the holes she dug):

Moonie Jr. and the band finally made it to WDW last weekend. The highlight was the "Recording Session" they do with all the school bands.

In essence their guide brings them into the studio and the recording technician has them play a few songs and then selects a Disney short for them to record the score for live.

After they finished, the guide mentioned, "I've never heard that one before" to which the tech replied, "that's because in the 10 years I've been here it's only the third time I've had a band I thought could handle it."

:)

I know it was a piece from Fantasia, but I'm not sure which one. We should get a copy of the DVD soon.
