We were watching College Game Day this weekend and one of the booths had chicken fried bacon and Corso thought it was great! I thought of all of you.

Holy Cow !!! But it still could use improving...

...I suggest cutting the whole thing in halves (a 'la the Autopsy shot) and then dip each half in batter and deep fry it, served with powdered sugar and jelly like the Monte Cristo.

THEN it's perfect.
