Query:

Do you really want to work for some place that says "you have been selected for a callback interview. It is at this date and time. If you can not come at that time, it will not be rescheduled."?

And it's not like they gave lots of notice. Apparently we're all 22 with no real job or obligations and we can be wherever whenever they want. It's not even some place I really want to work, just some place I figured I could get a job if all else failed and I was desperate. I'd rather work for the firm in Yakima than work for these people.

No.

I do make killer stews and soups. My specialties are beef stew, 16 bean soup and pea soup.

Now that it is just us I have found myself cooking more.

Must have the recipe for 16 bean soup.

16 bean soup? That would be over in like, four spoonfuls

I bought a daybed from Craig's List today and just got done setting it up in the office. The room is so much larger now! However, our cleanish garage now contains 2 desks, a queen bed and a mission style headboard. It's not clean any longer. It's time to do a little selling on Craig's List.

Photo of said queen bed?

I don't follow a recipe. I buy the pack of beans and cook down some ham bones, use the juice and add a bunch of spices, whatever I feel like grabbing at the time. The beans come with a flavor packet, but I usually toss it out.

Hmmm, queen sized bed, wish I lived closer....

It occurred to me last night...with smart phones and PDA's allowing for easy internet access anywhere, combined with Wikipedia, we are all just one small step away from owning our own copies of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
