Great news on all accounts!!

I'm so excited, but my husband is staring at his pocketbook. I keep reminding him we have over a year to pay it off and it's a once in a lifetime opportunity! I'm just giddy!

And on a Category 11, after the deposit, it's less than $100 per month per person to pay it off. :D

Now I'm stressing about someone to share the cabin with. Two friends are iffy because it's 18 months away.
