Lounge of Tomorrow

Once every three months, I have to visit a Dr. on Katella about a half mile east of the Katella Deli. I always schedule my appointment (which lasts 15 minutes) around lunch time so that I can go to KD afterwards.

Yesterday, I too much to do and had to eat on the run. It was very sad driving past KD yesterday :(

Next appointment: January 23, 2008

I think we should schedule a dinner meet or a late lunch meet there and then all head up the road to Disneyland!

I've never been to Katella Deli. I've always driven past it on my way to Polly's.

Sounds like we'll have to stop there next time instead. Is it comparable to Canter's?

If Canter's is the one in CM I'd have to say better. I've been going to KD long before I was old enough to eat there. And we went to Canter's once. And have never been back.

But I hate building stuff up, so we'll have to go and you can form your own opinion :)

Is Canter's the one in downtown LA? Or am I thinking of the wrong place.

Honestly, KD is good, but it is not one of those "OMG, you MUST go there or your life is just not complete" places.

Great for comfort food!

Man that was horrid. <-- The food not the coffee.

Now, the pantry on the other hand.... That's quality stuff.
