Zacky and I have been eating BLT's a lot lately. With veggie bacon, of course. You'd be surprised how close to real bacon Morning Star Veggie Bacon tastes. The sandwich goes like this: healthy bread, safflower oil mayonnaise, avocado, veggie bacon, salt and pepper, lettuce, deli mustard, healthy bread. So good!

I just watched an episode of Anthony Bourdain's show, in which he went to New Zealand and helped slaughter a wild boar, whereupon he turned it into a tasty looking pork dish. At one point in the episode, he was shown eating a meat pie made with possum. His remark - "Mmmm, it's possumy." Somehow, I'm not too tempted.
