Yes, it's called "Albondigas" and is a classic Mexican dish.

I am still in shock about the whole thing. He was only 52. He had diabetes and high blood pressure but even so it was still a surprise. The one I really feel for is my Grandmother. My uncle lived with her his whole life so she is being hit really hard. :( :(
