Who are they?
Where are they?
How can they possibly know all this?

Argh that delicious beat and those gorgeous lyrics....get out of my head, Jem.

Well I had a little chickie and he wouldn't lay and egg, so I poured hot water up and down his leg. Oh the little chickie cried and the little chickie begged but the gosh darned chickie laid a hard boiled egg.

Damned Ice Cream Man!

This is hilarious! My mind is so blissfully free from un-invited music today! I usually find myself overwhelmed by the Disney music cds playing in the shops I work at. I called in sick today, so... no music! I feel so free!

*cue "Born Free"*

Damn!

...Child don't worry it's ok
The sun is out for another day
And I say it'll be alright...be alright....

My Jem CD continues spinning in my head.

Northern Sky - Nick Drake

Quote:

Would you love me for my money
Would you love me for my head
Would you love me through the winter
Would you love me 'til I'm dead
Oh, if you would and you could
Come blow your horn on high.
/le sigh

Hmm -- the song in my head is Option, by Naomi

But I can't seem to find lyrics for it anywhere on the net!!

I know a lot of the, but there are some parts of the song where no matter what I do to the equalizer, I can't seem to separate the vocals enough from the music to be sure what's being said.

I love this song, sooo much, and it's torturing me.

:impaled by music:

"First you stick a rag, put it in the bag.
(bomp bomp)
Then you bend your back, put it in the sack.
(bomp bomp)
That's the way it's done, it's a lot of fun.
(bomp bomp)
Cutting capers, putting papers in the bag."

...and it's my own damn fault
