So, since mine was supposed to be mailed out May 30th, I figured I'd "check the status" of it. Still no info available, says the site...

Okay, so I filed - with my new address - and they've taken my monies and deposited MY check... so.. /sniffles... where's my monies?!?

The IRS read my mind. I was intending to apply my "stimulus" check to my income tax, and that's exactly what they decided to do. Nice of them to tell me, at least.

Ours finally came in the mail, even though we did our taxes on line and had direct deposit.

And, on top of that odd thing, our number was in the first weeks batch to be sent out.

My cruise bill was $600; my rebate direct deposit was $600. Sweet! :)

The Wolfpack isn't going to see the check until after July 4th...damn my hubby's last four numbers....mine would have been spent already (that is if I'd been the main SS number)!

If you are still intent on spending that rebate check on cool gadgets, it looks like Wal-mart wants to help.
