I'd imagine that it's because I host mine on my own domain while most everyone else is hosted somewhere like photobucket, or here or other larger sites. Apparently my domain isn't on your IT department's radar.

The fight against being wired in constantly has been lost. Today I join the ranks of PDA phone owners.

I'm still a luddite, I only use my cell phone for telephone calls.

I've just been put on a mobile platform project so I'll probably end up with a work supplied Blackberry. I've worked hard to avoid it.

We just got our first smart phones as well. I've recently begun using text messaging fairly regularly, so the qwerty is nice for that, and it's definitely nice to be able to look things like addresses, directions, phone numbers, emails I forgot to print out etc. I am NOT setting it to download my email constantly or alert me when there's a new one. It's there when I need to refer to it, it ain't my master. I am considering syncing it to my work calendar if only to take advantage of the feature where it automatically goes into vibrate-only mode during meetings.

Shouldn't he get his own log-in too (like Calliope)?

I can build him his own computer, if you'd like.
