At least for this part, these are still those days. Though better tools for finding the stupidest of typos exist.

So, when you refurb a room in your basement as an exercise room, guess what! You now have no valid excuse not to exercise.

Who knew.

Exercise equipment in the house is like living next door to the Eiffel Tower. A perpetual state of "I don't need to do this now because I could do it any time." And then you die having never been to the Eiffel Tower.

Not true.

Code is much longer than 8 pages these days.

If any woman could make me go straight, it would be Felicia Day. She is a Nerd Goddess!

Safe for work, but it is a sexier shot, so I played it safe

I like Felicia Day as a place in the pop culture cosmos. But sadly I don't think she's a very good actor (though obviously a pretty good businessman) so I swing back and forth on following her endeavors because I want her to succeed but I feel bad not really caring for much she personally is in.

I followed her a bit on Google+ when it suggested we should be friends, but I found she posted to much, and her fans posted too much more without any mitigating naked posts. I find Dita Von Tease a far better fake Internet friend.
