New job! How exciting!

It is pretty exciting! It took me 8 months to find a job after being laid off, but I finally did it. I'm now working for a major cruise line, and once my brain quits spinning from all the info they're cramming into it far too quickly, I think I'm gonna love it!

Good luck to Mollywog - what's the new job? (my apologies if you posted it earlier)

Thanks! I didn't post it more than a minute or two ago. And I'm sure you just saw that post.

*sigh*

Good morning.

Here we go again....

Last Night's news: "Snow predicted for tomorrow starting after the morning rush hour. Road crews are standing by to roll as soon as it starts."

The 6:00am news: "It's snowing! The front moved in earlier than expected and we are getting snow throughout the region. There are already multiple snow related accidents on major roads. No sign of any road crews yet".

It is purty though.....

*yawn*

I really need to reset my thermostat to warm up the house BEFORE I have to get out of bed.

We have a friend who thought it would be funny to set our thermostat to go to 90 at 3:00 in the morning. In the Summer.

We have weird friends.

Weird, but funny. Definitely funny.

Snow: it's a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
