Oh, I am so happy for the SacClan. That is just a wonderful treat. Almost as wonderful as the treat of spending some time with them again. Such good peeps, to a person. Love them All.

McSam, it was such a pleasure getting to finally meet you in the flesh. You are a class act.

I, too, felt a little pang for the epic loungeness vs. Park time. We usually sink more than one boat. But, really, there was such perfection in everything ... it's only the fault of planetary rotation that there wasn't time for more.

Hubness of happiness, Priceless Pirates Adventureing, Fine Dining at a New Eating Spot!!!!, Absolutely grand Grand Cal Lounging Extraordinaire, Fireworks Festivities of Fabulousness, and Equisitely Enhanced Space Mountain Magnificence.

Everything was tops of the pops, classic in scope and form and fun.

I'm so sorry I missed Storyteller! But, hmmmm, I wonder if that security-bike-team escort back from the parking lot was because we looked suspicious casing the Sacmobile, or because of something else?????

Posting pics is on my list for tomorrow, along with a book club post.

I only took a few pics, but I thought I captured something intersting in the sociology of message board communities anyway.

First up, the Traditional Noon Meet at the Hub, with Al and his Mice Chat Minions:

On the opposite quarter, you have the rest of the LoT:

Now between the two emerged yet another group from some other message board:

Oh, and I caught a couple pics of Captain Jack Sparrow:

That's it for my pics, hopefully there where better photographers out than me.

Well, I suppose 4 out of 6 isn't bad, all though the last two are certainly the icing on the cake.

Wish I could have stayed for them. :)

:D Pretty Please?

I took lots of pictures; they're downloaded and need to be uploaded with captions. Hopefully, some of them will be posted by this afternoon.

Yes, it was a gloriously fun day, but I'll save most of my comments to go along with the photo captions.

It was great meeting several swankers for the first time, and seeing so many others again. It's been a long time since I've had so much fun at the park doing what other Guests would call doing "nothing" or "very little."

It just proves that a LoT of good company can over-power the draw of the attractions that were all around us. But, I wouldn't call successfully sinking Pirates, enjoying lunch at the re-opened Cafe Orleans, lounging in the Grand Californian, camping out for and viewing "Remember...Dreams Come True" fireworks from The Spot, and riding Space Mountain with special glasses doing "nothing." :)

THANKS to everyone who was there in person (and in spirit)!

Are you sure that's another message board? Given the style of dress, general age and notebooks I would peg them as CM's in training or a educational group of some type.

Also, is that a tall red head I see over in the "other" group and not with the Lot side?
