Yes, consider yourself, er, "informed" of our "normal" practices. Now relax and have a drink on the house.

Hahah... nice.

What great neighbors (eyeroll)

Oh my goodness, DP!

I'm so glad you updated.. I've been rather curious. Hehe... yes, I have better stuff to do... ;)

I'm debating on whether or not to inform the manager, just in case it happens to someone else.

But, it might not, because I think I already scared them into their next life.

The week we took ownership of our new place, we had a rug stolen from out carport. Never found out who did it. Fortunately, since it was a matter of UPS leaving it in our carport while we were out of town, we got a free replacement, but damnit that's a sh!tty welcome to the neighborhood. Glad you got some justice DP ( yes, I consider riddling the a-holes responsible with guilt a form of justice).

ETA: I would definitely inform management. That's some bullsh!t, they'll be glad to be aware that one of their tenants is a thief.

Yes. Let them know that no follow-through is needed on this incident (unless management warrants it), but it is good for them to have this in the record (in case anything else ever comes up again).

So, due to unfortunate circumstances for J's grandfather, J used up the remained of his sick/vacation days and will be flying out here on the 31st at 9PM. We leave the next day. :(

I was hoping he'd have more time to see some of his old friends out here. :(

Only after consuming mass amounts of New Year's Bacon, I hope.

I would absolutely inform the manager. This is something they need to be informed of, if it happened once, it can happen to someone else again.
