I forgot the forks I was supposed to bring for a class potluck tonight... So, I have to lose my amazing, awesome, kick-a$$ parking spot for some lousy forks. I wish they sold them on campus. It would be worth the premium.

Did you check the bookstore?

One of the things I don't miss about college. I didn't realize it was universal.

I wish the annoying people I don't want to talk to would leave the kitchen so I can go make lunch.

I hope you are not working from home today.

Congrats! I'm expecting that very same call (well, from my mom about my sister, not yours) any day now.

Yay Auntie Swanie!!! :D

This morning, we're recovering from a friend's school pageant at the Crystal Cathedral last night.

No, the place didn't burn down when I walked in. However, I did jinx the production. There was a high school male dancer who was really good, and I leaned over to Ken to comment , "He's really good.". Right after, the dancer took a bad spill during a turn. And, then the first grade dancers who were to perform after didn't make it past the first two steps and then started arguing with each other during the rest of the song.

Who knew that being Pagan could cause such chaos in the world?

I think that CP's post explained it good, but in case you need further explanation:
  1. Lay the towel out flat - it will be a rectangle. As an example, lets assume a towel that is 60" x 24".
  2. Fold the towel in half so that it is close to a square in the example it will be approximately 30" x 24".
  3. Fold again in the same direction (to approximately approximately 15" x 24") and keep folding until it is best to roll it up to the finish
I think that should cover it.

And feel free to modify any of the specifics. The basic idea is that you want to physically get the feelings out of your body. By using a rolled towel and pillow, this helps keeps the noise down. Often I will scream into the pillow to help suppress noise.
