1 hour until final.

Yay, Pru!

Go Pru! :)

So, Ken woke up with a severe sore throat this morning. He's now much better to my remedy of clove gum and a pot of iced chai tea. :)

And in other good news, we just scored some cheap meat at the grocery store today. ($5 for a $12 roast, thanks to Ralph's Club) :snap:

I'm trying out the brining thing on some chicken drumsticks tonight since it only takes 1-1/2 hours to soak chicken pieces. We totally can't wait for dinner. :)

There's an entire pumpkin pie in the fridge, taunting me, trying to seduce me.

Morri: I'm a fan of flea bath + flea drops.

I'll bring a fork over and help with that problem. ;)

What works better on fleas, powder or spray? I'm inclined towards spray, but willing to hear arguments on other methods of flea killing. I just want to nip this in the bud, you know?

Revolution. It also takes care of the very DEADLY heartworm in dogs. I use it on Thurston and all the cats get it as well. It's also what all of my clients use. I haven't even seen a flea in a very LONG time. Along with fleas comes tape worms, which is not fun for cats or dogs. So, it's best to protect before you even encounter them - because any animal that goes outside comes in contact with fleas.

I'm going to the CES show (Consumer Electronics Show) in January. :D Any geek requests for info on particular items?

Next year, I'll be able to bring "employees" of my company. ;)
