Is that really faster? There is always a huge line of cars to get on the 55 North (which is usually stopped). And will the 22 west hit the 57 before Katella? And is the 57 ramp even open on the 22 yet?

The way I drive, I stay to the left or middle to get around the bulk of the backup (most of it is actually caused by cars getting on the SOUTHBOUND 55), dashing over to the right at the last minute to take the ramp. Traffic will open up once you hit the ramp. Yes, I drive like an assh*le

I'll give it a try if traffic is horrible on the 5. Any time I am on the 55 north on a Friday during rush hour it doesn't. move.
