I just spent an afternoon in the costume shop I learned to sew in, saw my first teacher after 25 years, nothing had changed at all (in a wonderful way)! :D

Just in case you are one of the twelve people on the planet who haven't heard me blather about it endlessly, I had a phone interview Tuesday for a clerkship in Gulfport, MS, and I have an interview in person coming up Monday in San Jose. I'm really hoping I get one of those. Keep your fingers crossed!

Sorry you're not interviewing in SF. Then we could lunch.

In any case, fingers crossed for you! :snap:

I sufficiently suppressed my rather strong fear of heights today to fully enjoy a WICKED fun zipline tour today. Photos and video to come.

Zipping through the trees of Massachusetts, participating in the time honored bachelor party strip club tradition, a fulfilling (if slightly abbreviated) tour of the freedom trail, 2 amazing dinners (including another notch in the top chef belt), a positively jubilant and joyous wedding, all capped off by the biggest most amazing good morning hug from the littlest arms.

Totally, seriously, happy.

That was a contagiously happy post, GD. :D

Glad you had a good trip! Please share where you ate. I get to Boston from time to time and would love to have some new places to try on my list.

Look who has the top vendor listing for the upcoming PPLA event!

Woohoo!!! :D

(Yes, Dream World Gallery is the name of my arts & crafts "shoppe".)

OMG! I've been kinda bumming out that this year will mark 15 years since Oingo Boingo's Farewell concerts. I woke up this morning, checked my email - and What's This? The Mutaytor (whom I adore) is playing with Dead Man's Party (a VERY good Oingo Boingo tribute band, that has occasionally featured actual former members of OB) on Saturday, October 30 - in Santa Ana at the Galaxy Theater!!
