Where v, for values less than 36,700 ft/s, is the vertical velocity of the iPod at time of release. Get it moving faster than that and we're dealing with intrasolar dynamics. Get it up to 3.2 million feet per second (at night) and you might get it out of the solar system.

Ugh CP, I'm sorry to hear it! FWIW, I find Cheerios to be one of the least-offensive, most stomach-calming foods out there. Maybe you should try that? Or some oatmeal?
