I think I'd eat a stray cat poop sandwich first. At least that would have good storytelling afterwards.

Oh, man. Best sandwich ever - BLATO. Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato, red Onion. Make it an MBLATO with Mustard.

Never, ever mayo, or the grossest thing ever, Miracle Whip! Barf!!

Yummy MBLATO!!

For some odd reason, I like Miracle Whip. More so than Mayo.

Alex 01-13-2007 03:42 PM

My first wife was from a Miracle Whip family and eventually I grew to like it in certain uses.

But I don't think I've had it since I got divorced (not because of any emotional attachment, they were just the only people I've ever known to eat the stuff).

Cherry and grape tomatos make great mindless snack foods. Whenever I am at Costco I pick up a container of grape tomatos to munch on.

Kevy Baby 01-13-2007 04:36 PM

Do you finish them before checkout or do you just leave a half-eaten container somewhere in the store?

BT made some waitress's day at that restaurant at the Paradise Pier hotel by ordering and enjoying some natto.

All this talk and I still have not had any bacon. I need a great big bacon cheeseburger.

Lani loves natto. She, however, recognizes that to most Americans "combining slimy with sticky mucus" is not an acceptable food texture. Taste wise I find it ok, but I can't get over the feel.
