My oldest son looked at the Sweeney Todd pics and said "that man is ridiculously pretty- even when they put him in crazy hair and makeup he is still good looking!"

then I'm guessing he hasnt seen him in 'The Libertine'

Yeah, I've been saying that about Depp since the 21 Jump Street days. In recent years he's taken an acting turn where I've begun to find him enjoyable but I still don't really see what all the brouhaha about his physical attractiveness is. But then I didn't see it for Winona Ryder either so I guess I just don't swing in that direction.
