I am reading this post as I am setting up my new HD TiVo (It is currently downloading the setup data - TWC will be out tomorrow to install the cable cards). Kind of funny timing.

No! The pausing and fast forwarding wasn't a recorded show. It was just a show we were watching at it's regularly scheduled time. It was cool!!!

Love FiosTV! (Now, only if we watched TV.)

Yes, we got FiOS internet and cable. (We didn't get the phone service, as we decided to get rid of the land line. We never use it, and the only people who call us on it are telemarketers!)

No.. in those terms we moved to color... but still watch black and white on the main TVs...

-looks for a way to pursuade parents DVR is something we need... along with HD satelite for 2 rooms-
