Most of you have already heard, but starting next fall I will be clerking in, wait for it, D frickin' C. I am the bomb diggity. I am also a little trepidatious about becoming a bitter east coaster. But mostly the bomb diggity.

I'm expecting to find an itinerary in my BEC welcome packet. When I first get there we'll be able to stare bitterly at my still-valid AP. Perhaps daily visits to the Dunno attraction vehicle in one of them there Smithsonians is in order.

(Seriously, I'll be working near the archives-navy memorial stop.)

Be sure to get your fill of Disneyland, Universal, Sea World, In-and-out, Sees, Jack in the box, that coffee place you all talk about who's name I forget, beaches and sun.

Maddie took Duke out on trail. So proud of her. LuLu dumped her on trail and she vowed never again. But she got up there and did it. So proud of her!
