I think MattRat would have been a good name. Too bad it's a girl! ;)

... About to head out the snowy and treacherous roads of Utah to get to my interview, which in this weather is about a good hour or so away.

I did just find out from a local friend that the commuter train should start running soon, so that's good news if I end up getting/taking this job.

Everyone's leaving early today because of MLK day. (Everyone is slow slow slow.)
I think I should do the same.
:D

CM/MMG - rats are awesome pets! Congrats on your new baby! :D

Emmy finally emerged from under the bed and is recovering nicely. She's no longer growling at us, but is now chattering at me, which is something she's never done before. Upon some research, it apparently is a way of vocalizing frustration. Good to know our kitty still hates us. ;)

I had the best weekend ever.

And I have no cavities!

Soooo....

Ty for the congrats...Jonny and Jovi still surround her cage lmao but they will just have to get used to her. They still see her as a snack lmao...

Today was so nice not to have to go to work. And the best part of having a holiday off was that i didn't even ask for it either was given to me. :)

Cats are funny. When it comes time for bath time around here i can't ever find Steven he always hides. And Jonny once he gets his bath is so pissed off at me for giving him a bath or else CM whoever is the meanie that does it lmao...

Samwise does that. When he's pissed, he'll sort of mumble under his breath, and when he's whiny- he whines. (Meeeeeeeoooooohhhhhoooowwwww). My sister watched the animals when we were in Hawaii and she got a kick out of Sammy's vocalizations. He also growls like a dog.

I have a glass shard in my left index finger and I can't get it out. However, it sure hurts like hell now. It could be worse. I didn't cut off my thumb.

Oh, Lisa. I hope you get it out ok. It would take me twice as long to type because I only use my two index fingers! :D

Soooooo

Where'd the glass come from?

No, I'm not joking. :D

Had no sharp cheese, only black truffle cheese (which is incredibly delicious).

Pie is gone with the wind. Best pie I've ever made. 3 kinds of apples and cranberries. Yum!
