You want clan admin status? Honestly, I don't see any reason not to make everyone here admins in the clan. I just figured most people didn't want to deal with it. No sense having options you'll never care to use. But like I said before, if you want it, let me know and I'll make it happen.

Do we have any rules as to admittance? I'd rather keep it posters or people connected to posters, personally. I think open membership would get tricky. Kind of like what we have going here at the LoT. That way we can all trust each other and not have many rules. If we let random people in then we'll have to worry about them raiding the stash for their own profit. Anyone disagree?

I guess it doesn't matter any more. Apparently my character's "sick" and will die and I'll have to start over. Some ha-ha columbus day thrill. I'm so sick of that crap. Thank you so much KoL for teaching me a lesson about how much I suck. I should just hack up my body now and send each piece back to the country it "came from." It's all my fault. I stole land from the Indians, I enslaved the Africans, and I'm single-handedly responsible for every ethnic cleansing ever conducted. Whatever.

Once again, I really really really don't believe anyone will die. Neither does any player I've ever encountered. I'll explain the plague for those of you who don't know about it.

On Columbus Day Jick (the creator of the game) sent out infected blankets to random players. Then people started coughing in chat. Now some people's text in chat has faded to grey. That's it. I've heard a theory (that I passed on to Prudence) that chat text of infected people might become temporarily invisible and chat will be difficult for a day (or whatever amount of time).

I really don't think anyone will die.

No one ever said anyone would die.

btw...I'm sick too. And happy about it. It's a fun game.

I also don't think it is a slam on white people. Only a message about the ridiculousness of Columbus day. He didn't discover America, and he killed lots of Native Americans.
