I've heard of the Vasquez Rocks, that's where the banditos used to hide out, right? How do you get there?

CoasterMatt 12-18-2008 09:29 PM

You've SEEN the Vasquez Rocks in tons of movies and tv shows, too.

Just head north on the 5 to the 14, get off at Agua Dulce Canyon Road.

Another sign of the recession - we got our Wired and Vogue today - together they are barely as thick as a normal magazine.

Well, Vogue has always been barely as "think" as a normal magazine.

Hopefully the 14 freeway will be reopen by tomorrow. It was still closed today and my mom had to take the train from Santa Clarita to home (Palmdale). Their main road by their house wasn't even plowed and she "SLID" into the driveway barely making it home...lol Man now i wish i was up there to enjoy the white stuff.

But Santa came early. I got out of the shower to find my cell phone has a new Bon Jovi skin on it thanks to someone :) Best persent ever next to my license plate. :) It's a week before Xmas too. :) This Xmas rocks. :)

Right now I'm drinking what I consider a fantastic beer. It's Chili Beer from the Black Mountain Brewing company in Tecate Mexico. There is a green Serrano chili pepper in the bottom of each bottle. It is spicy, and tastes surprizingly good! I got it from Bevmo!

Quote:

Chili Beer itself is hand made in the small town of Tecate, Mexico.
Each chili pepper is lovingly dropped, by hand, in every bottle then the bottle is filled with a fine Mexican Lager Beer. The result is THE MOST UNUSUAL BEER IN THE WORLD!

The beer was good, damn good, So good in fact, the yuppies started driving in from all over to try it. Something had to be done, So , whenever one of them whined for a "wedge of lime" Ed started putting a hot Serrano chili pepper into the beer instead. Amazingly, about 2 out of ten actually liked the stuff. Surely, thought Ed, the Eighties had come to close.
Their website is cool!

More importantly, did you get your picture taken OUT of your jammies?

Amelie is a wonderful film. It's the only one of the films on that list that I actually love.

I was commenting more on the likelihood of Moonie actually sending me a gift. He's such a tightwad.
