Sounds just like a 2 year old.

I think this is why I prefer my rats to more kids, I can leagally lock them in a cage when I've had enough.

It's called frapping. Frantic Random Activity Period. Almost all cats do it.

Unfortunately, Emmy likes to frap all through the night, and then decides she's tired once we wake up. :(

If one typos that to "fapping", it's an entirely different activity.
