Last year that show was in town, and some woman called our salon and left this horribly long message on our answering machine , asking if we'd like to purchase tickets to a special matinee, with said matinee's proceeds being donated to some local charity. We had several little old ladies in the waiting room, and the woman on the machine must have said vagina about 20 times, each time with this weird emphasis (I think she felt empowered saying it, or something...) and quite loudly. The women turned bright pink and finally one spoke up and said " She seems very enthusiastic about that word, doesn't she?" It was a tad bit awkward.:rolleyes:

I used to jokingly pronounce "fajita" in such a way that it almost rhymed with "vagina." (fuh-JY-ta!) I could write a monologue about that.

By the way, I'm just a few short hours away from taking off for Tokyo, and I'll try to post here while I'm away, but that assumes I find computers that I can access. (I'm not bringing my own along.) Takusan shasin o torimasu, kedo. (I'll take a lot of photographs, though.) So, this isn't sayonara, it's just Ja mata ato.

Yesterday was beautiful. Maddy and I took the day off an went to Sea World (along with everyone else in San Diego). Today is icky. Guess we're out of excuses not to clean the house.

Today is a good day for Disneylanding. 'Course, I have to work for 4 hours of it, but afterwards I'll be joining in on some in-park fun.
