Just letting you all know that I'm hanging in there. Everything is so surreal right now. Thanks for all the support and prayers. They're much needed.

Every time I see fajitas, I have a Family Guy flashback and imagine Peter saying "Fuh-JY-ta... hehehehe!"

Goonie, yes you look great!

DP- hang in there.

Me- I rode 19 miles today on trails including a reasonably technical climb and another smaller climb. I did really well today, navigating rocks and turns.

So the DUCK really sucked last night. I don't know much about Hockey but they were loitering on the Ice. There was one good fight at the start but another fight had them Square Dancing around and around..

No, actually they didn't suck. Tough game, some bogus calls and we lost. It was a *good loss* as in we played hard. Dallas is a very tough team to beat.

In other hockey news, we won tonight. YAY!

I've been thinking about you all day long. Please keep us updated - whatever the news is. We're there for you.

So, we had a really fun day today filled with lots of dogs and lots of family. First, we took Thurston to Central Park in Huntington Beach for brunch with a bunch of other pugs (and a Radio, our niece's greyhound), then played in the dog park for a couple of hours. Thurston made friends with a HUGE Bernese Mountain Dog. :) Radio had a better time on the "small dog" side of the fence. :) We revived ourselves at Peet's in the afternoon before heading over to my MIL's house to celebrate her 80th birthday with the rest of the family. It was such a nice day without ANY work obligations of any sort. We should have more days like this.
