I've got an Alpenhorn in my pants, does that count?

It was a good sound system...the bass when the cars are going up the second lift is pretty amazing. I wonder if thats built into the car or under the track?

It's the same subwoofers in the seats that are there in operation for Space Mountain.

I don’t like it and I don’t want it; it’s tacky.

I heard her Las Vegas show is closing

It was fun. I had fun on the ride. There! I will ride it again and again. Just forget the word "space", go in with no expectations, feel the music (I love RHCP) and have fun. I actually think they did a good job of mixing the music to match the movements of parts of the ride.

I judge things on my personal fun-factor. I understand that seeing the track, cheap lights, different music, etc. may not be fun for many of you. No worries, it will be over in a couple months people. Lemme (and CP & NM) enjoy it ;)

I think next time I'll do an experiment - I wanna see if I can be louder than the onboard audio - I definitely gotta drown out Uncle Joe Benson...

DisneyFan25863 01-11-2007 08:49 PM

I know this will probably age you guys even more..but...who IS Uncle Joe Benson?

CoasterMatt 01-11-2007 09:11 PM

He's a DJ, who's been around since approx. 1968 (currently heard locally on KLOS 95.5), he's also got a racing team, has written several highly regarded Record Guides.
He's also got a nationally syndicated show called "Off The Record".

Kevy Baby 01-11-2007 09:29 PM

I remember when he used to the "7th Day" program on Sunday nights many years ago. After every album side, he always sounded like he was just waking up. Maybe he was!
