It is puppets, which is why I've never seen it despite several opportunities to do so.

But I believe there are real people as well (and presumably real people voicing the puppets.

I saw Ave Q when it came to my local theater, in part because I wanted to see if/how they hide the people running the puppets. I was fascinated, because even though they don't hide them at all, you sort of stop noticing them (and the woman operating/voicing Kate Monster was really hot). So congrats, Brad, and knock 'em dead!

Pru- that's always nice when there's enough food for everyone.... :)

Grandson cuteness ahead: Orion understands that he isn't supposed to touch the Christmas tree (but he tests that out at every opportunity) but when he touched the tree with his face no one said no - a loophole! So his parents keep finding glitter in his hair from close encounters with the tree.

Cute! :D Theo is just now learning "no" and it's hard going. At least he's still easily distracted.
