I'll bet orange and lime is delish (she said eyeing the blood oranges from the farmer's market...and wondering who is going to go get limes and tequila). :D

My wife is in the hospital after having deydration, kidnyes shutting down and C02 Acidosis. She is intubated right now, and under general anastesia so she is asleep. She is responding to treatment, her kidney function more slowly than the rest, but as expected. They feel she won't need dialysis at this point. She's in ICU right now, but stable and improving.

After loosing my brother two weeks ago, I don't need this. :(

I just hope she gets better and can attend our daughter's wedding on the 26th.

Oh my goodness! I'm glad to hear she's stable and improving.

I'm sorry I don't recall - is your wife ill (I mean other than this?) What causes this sort of thing to happen?
