I think you should toast your new found temporary wealth and pretend that it's really yours. Of course you can't afford an expensive toast but maybe something around the house ;)

OK, so two new toys arrived today (I had them delivered to work): our new TiVo and a new Harmony remote. Now I am sitting at my office with a bunch of things I should be doing and all I can think about is going (with a quick stop for a network adapter) and setting up the new toys. Oy.

And now I have the punchline to an old joke in my head (Artie Chokes Three for a Dollar at the Supermarket)

The grandson turned one year old today. I'll see him at the party on Saturday - can't wait. His mom shared photos of him tonight: there was cake inside and out.:)

For the Non- FB'ers out there, My first week's weigh in at Weight Watchers yielded 3 lbs lost !!!!! Yay.

This time I will have to stick to it, and if I lose 1 Kg (2.2 lb) a week, I can be 89 Kg (196 lb) by the time we go. (and 190 lb is my ideal weight according to them)

Congrats, Lash! I'm down 7 so far. (I'm not doing WW, though, I'm working with Richard Simmons. Not the francise, the man. It's... yeah. Crazy and great.)
