It's not from that... it's the high impact of the repeated jumps on the ball of my foot. We don't have to do the jumps - only the releves, but, of course, I like to challenge myself. However, even though my spirit/will says "Yes", my body is saying "No".

I'm going to order some jazz sneakers, since they have shock absorption unlike my regular dance shoes. It should help greatly until some more weight comes off. In this case, weight really does matter.

Sooooo..... I think this thread is cutting edge and ahead of the rest of the world. Before "status updates" on MySpace, Facebook and Twitter were all the rage, this "Sooooo....." thread was already used and shared by a group of swanky people at LoT (and similar threads on other bulletin boards)!

It certainly makes it easier to communicate certain things than other means. I just got done sending out over 50 individual emails inviting people to the Alpha Facebook Page. Fingers hurt.

If you have to do that often, I hope you find one of the more efficient options for doing that. Unless you had extensive personalization in each one.

I couldnt' send mass emails without setting off the spam alerts.

You can all become fans of Alpha on Facebook.

Nope. I'm sending through a business account and they consider it spam if of a certain number of people are CC'd or bcc'd.

I'm a fan of Alpha Pet Care, I just wish I lived closer so I could benefit from the services. Or, more accurately, Tango could benefit.

If you use Outlook with Word as your email writer, you can use the mail merge feature for emails as well.

I am sure there are also other similar tools to achieve this well.
