Wow, did everyone's parents have one? Mine definitely did, too.

Hahaha, I recently threw away my oldster octagonal end table. I LOVED the storage room inside it, but new pieces of, let's just nicely say "less tackyness," left no room for the old girl. I'll miss her and her era.

Even though my parents had (still have) different 1970's end tables, I fell in lovewith these and hate to see them go.

Just got an email, looks like they're going.

You must hate that

End tables and futon have been sold.

I love the magic of craigslist. People take away bulky things I wouldn't want to carry and they give me cash for it.

No bites on the TV yet. Not surprising. Kind of a worthless thing. The antenna doesn't even work anymore due to the digitalization stuff. If you've got cable you're all set for 13 inches of amazing viewing experiences!

Yeah, this one will probably get donated. Anyone here want a FREE TV? ;)

Can the libraries use it for dvd viewing?

There are no other inputs, just the coax.

You could always add a digital tuner box to make it useful again.

It also makes me wonder how many tons of e-waste was created by the move to digital TV.
