I'm with Katiesue on Pacific Sales. When we bought our house, the previous owner included the kitchen appliances, all of which were old, rusty and broken. We went to Pacific Sales and bough a new fridge, oven and dishwasher for a reasonably low price. A year in, I'm still happy with the machines.

If the landlord did not supply the refrigerator, he's not required to maintain it.

I know he's not required to maintain it. My gripe is that all rental units should include a stove and fridge, at least, and many apartments in L.A. don't provide a fridge. They do supply a fridge in every other city I've lived in.

Thanks for the info but I'm not sure how transportation is working out at this time. May try to find something more local first.

I don't know if there's one there, but we got a decent deal at Sears outlet on our washer/dryer. They have stuff that's been returned or is dinged. My washer had a small ding on one side. They fully warranty everything but they don't deliver.

I've gotton most of my current appliances at Pacific Sales. I know they have some LA locations. They will deliver and set up.

My boss recommended Pacific Sales, too. Thanks for the suggestion.

Cool. Couldn't remember the name of the place where you purchased yours. I'll certainly investigate.

Condenser?

Freezer evaporator cover?

Is this English?

Yes, the door closes tight. Or, rather, as tight as it possibly can. Heh.

I'm kidding about the others...kinda. I'll take a look when I get home.
