 I loved my Atari 2600, and a few years ago I saw an "Atari Throwback" machine, with every Atari 2600 game ever loaded on it.  Same styling, same joy sticks, everything.  So I bought it, incredibly excited to bring it home and play and relive that childhood the CP speaks of. Well, I plugged it in, truned it on, and then wondered what it was about it that I loved so much. I didn't recall it sucking as much as it did. I was crushed. |
