Gary says if you need 20+ neck size that Big & tall stores were good and JC Penney online had a good variety and even on sale at times. Sometimes Men's Wearhouse but they are much more expensive.

There is a store called Destination XL that just opened in Brea where I found a nice shirt and tie (extra long on the tie!)

KS, Nordstrom Rack also has some great deals. (I don't know about all of the location, but several of them have a plus section, including mine in Burbank.)
