The difference between the ones done in Disneyland and the one being set in DCA this coming Halloween is the difference between, wait for it .... Disneyland and DCA.

The Disneyland events were likely the most awesome events ever held in the Park (other than the 30th birthday), and the same simply CANNOT be duplicated in DCA. Impossible.

True. But then I don't completely hate DCA but the difference is night and day.

I suppose the Tower of Terror area could be made appropriately spooky, and that - if they have the guts to do it - Paradise Pier could be made into quite the creepy carnival.

But it's not gonna be anywhere near as effective as what they did to the Castle, to the Haunted Mansion, to the Jungle Cruise and to New Orleans Square. Sorry. Not interested, but y'all have fun.
