It's done! Started at 6 this morning, and finished everything necessary for the trampoline and put it up, finishing around 11.

Of course, the planter isn't done, and I still have tons of dirt around the yard, and I still have some sprinkler lines to run, and I still have to get rock to put under the trampoline.

But the kids are now able to jump on the trampoline. Now I just have to wait for the wife to start saying "when is the back yard gonna be done?????".

"It all comes down to sequences"
Patrick McManus

It seems to me any project I try to accomplish at my home ends up mired in a tangled knott..........I become a victim of the sequences....

Want to build a brick flower bed.

ok, first I need to clear a spot.

oh, drat, the weed wacker is broken gotta get it repaired.

Ok, week behind weed wacking done need to get cement for base/found.

oh, drat, now it's raining,

and on and on

I feel for ya...congrats on getting it done.

This is one of the very rare times I appreciate living in a condo!

We have plenty of opportunities for projects in our condo. Currently there are two painting projects, an art hanging project, and a garage organizing project in progress, along with the two spare rooms that have yet to be rendered functional. Each attempt to make progress only reveals more steps that need to be mastered first.

We're painting the living room.

Well, actually we're in the process of painting the living room. It turned out being a much brighter color than even the splotch of paint we threw up on the wall really indicated. I think I like it though... Steve's worried about it taking on a mexican-style bungalow. I want to work in teals now. Ay ay ay!

So now we have canvases (sp?) that have been started.

No one's coming over to my house until it's all finished.

;)

Good lord....I'm almost done with this blasted thing and I went and started a different one.

Planters are in. Sprinklers are run. Dirt is spread around and or disposed of. All that is left is to purchase some plants for the planters. The never ending project.

So now I've decided to put in some built in cabinets in my home office. I have a 12 foot wall with no windows or doors, and there are some junky looking things and it is the collection area for crap, so I'm going to buy the stuff I need this weekend and build them. The good news is that it is indoors so i will not be able to take 2 months on it.
