Don't worry, in 2 years he'll work that point off of his record.

Oh, Moon- that just sucks! (I will admit I laughed a little, but only a teeny bit).
My kid took me shopping at Old Navy and let me spend lots of money on her! She's pretty generous that way. |
I am happy to post that my 11 year old did nothing out of the ordinary today. At least the teacher or principal didn't come chase me down after school.
But, many moons ago, my nephew, mm, I think about 2 or 3, got out of the house, slipped into his Uncles truck, released the brake and took it out of park...not too bad but the truck was parked on a slight incline. It then rolled down into the street, across it and into the neighbors new wooden fence. Funny, my memory only holds happy thoughts of my kids. :D {agh, some are coming back...like the pierced license plate? How did that happen? Or the side of the car swipped by those yellow poles at the gas station???} |
My Cousin took out an entire US Post Office building when she was 8. She was just pretending to drive

Wow and to think my first car horror story was a panic attack at 12 driving our family truck (a beast of a 68 Chevy that of course was difficult to steer and handle...) home because we couldn't leave it in the target parking lot and it HAD to be driven home. But my mom was very generious. I got to practice driving in the parking lot for twenty minutes before I went out by myself on the road. I even swerved turning the corner and some man pulled beside me and called me a drunk driver!!

Hey, I want closure on this!
Did Mom-in-law pay up? How much does it cost? Was your kid in tears? Was anything inside damaged? Was the car damaged? Questions, questions! |
