I knew nothing about his personal battles, and frankly, it wasnt important to me. He's an entertainer, and that life is hard enough to deal with, without having to answer to me.
In my corner of the world, he's Dick Van Dyke, and to see him live and in person was all that mattered to me. I was at work, acting about 14 in my excitment, and someone felt the need to burst my bubble. it worked for about 10 seconds. Long enough to hear it, then tell my LoT friends, who were kind enough to clear it up, which I was hoping for. I appreciate your candor, and am glad to hear it. If he can speak, its all good. And what would an office be without obnoxious rumormongering? |
I'm really looking forward to it, Dick Van Dyke couldn't be a better choice for the 50th.

It'd be a fabulous thing... but, this is payroll, and I am the only Disney geek, and younger than most by 15, so its par for course.
That's why I hang out with y'all. I will be there, I will be fed, and I will have a camera. Having never seen CandleLight this is set to be a glorious day in the park. Life could not get much better than seeing a personal love of my life in person and hear him speak. |
