EH, I'd go if I didn't have Sedaris tickets for the 30th.

Not Afraid 12-13-2005 02:53 PM

Whew. My Sedaris tickets are for the 23rd.

Drince88 12-13-2005 08:19 PM

Sorry, I fully intend to be viewing some great music at JazzFest at that time. (They SAY they're going to put it on this year - I may have to go more than one day this year!)

Eliza Hodgkins 1812 12-14-2005 01:10 PM

Sedaris? Where? How? What is going on? Why doesn't anyone tell me about these important dates?!

Well, the 30th got some squeels out of me. Roxy Music with Eno alone would make me faint. I've seen Roxy Music, but not with Eno. It would be one of those life-long dream things.

New Poronographers and The Wedding Present also got some noise, as did the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

On day 1, Portishead would be trancy and fun and Moby is cool live (saw him with Bowie). Massive Attack would be great and the Shins could be interesting. And Franz Ferdinand could be great (not as font of latest effort though).

I always love that there is a lot of stuff I DON'T know and I end up buying lots more music.

Ghoulish Delight 01-06-2006 11:40 PM

Oh crap. Infected Mushroom AND Diesel Boy? Son-of-a........this is becoming too hard to resist.

Cadaverous Pallor 01-07-2006 12:12 AM

DUUUUDE! If that's true, we're going. And you guys have GOT to see Dieselboy and Mushroom! Don't worry, I won't wear my phat pants...
