Spoiler:
Saw some pictures on MouseTimes and on Darkbeer's site. It looks like the ride is infested with dagburn Disney Store big figs... Arggh.

Thanks. I've done a couple 24 hour turnarounds with her over the last few years.....get up at 2:00am, drive to DL and get there about opening, stay till 8:00pm, and drive home, getting back around 2:00am. Fun day, long day, good time to connect with the daughter in the car.

I've never really been able to judge a ride by photos. I love Buzz, but wasn't impressed with photos I saw of it before I went on it. So I'll withhold judgement until I get there (whenever that is), though admittedly I am not overly impressed with the photos.

Yeah, but will you tell us you're coming BEFORE the trip (more than a day or two)???

I gotta defend this again? I made it known several weeks - even a couple months - before I was there in October. No one seemed to care (not playing the martyr, just stating fact), so I just dropped it.:p

Well I went and saw it, and thought it a pleasent addition to the park. All in all, it seems a solid "C" attraction in the Fantasyland dark ride tradition. It's basicly a ride through the movie recreating some of the scenes in 3-D. There are a few things that could have been done better, but there are also a few fun elements that I thought were very well executed.

I don't know if I'd do a 24-hour turn-around to see it, but it's a definate improvement for DCA.

Um, I kinda think it's DCA's best attraction. It's certainly the only ride-thru adventure in the classic mold of either a dark ride or, say, Pirates of the Caribbean. Though it certainly tends more towards Alice in Wonderland quality rather than Pirates quality, that doesn't detract from it being the only ride of its kind at DCA, a fun experience in its own right, and a thousand times better than the drek it replaced.

I thought it was fun and my 9 year old LOVED it. It's now on her favorites list.
