It was my absolute favorite store in DTD. I only ever purchased one item there, but I would have bought tons more .... had I won the lottery!

Yeah, the place was too expensive by a long shot, but they had interesting and beautiful stuff - - and since there was no question of ever making a purchase, it was more like an art museum than a store. I went in there far more often than any other shop in DTD, which was still not all that often.

That clinches it though, with the Anne Geddes dead-baby column gone and now this ... DTD is officially a big, fat bore.

If they'd only open a shoe store.........

or a Peets!

Is it sad that I was just there and I can't for the life of me remember where this store was or what it looked like? Didn't register with me at all.

Yeah, I'm trying to remember which one it is. But then, I don't spend any time in DTD (other than using to get from one place to another).

Now that would be a lucrative venture. Put an In & Out next door and it would be the busiest part of DTD.

DTD needs a bowling alley!

You won't see a Peet's or an In and Out while Disney has their current sponsorship agreements.

There are rumors indicating it may be a Disney-operated clothing store, focused on some higher end lines (you know, $80 t-shirts and that kind of thing).

I would vote for replacing Catal with a bowling alley, but I think it would have to be vertical to fit in the space available. I try to think of stores I'd like to see in there but then I realize that other than food I've never made a single purchase in Downtown Disney so it probably doesn't matter one lick.

Perhaps this will jog your memory, Pru and Kevy?

Eh, maybe not.

Um, no?
