I always interpreted it as "Fvck Yeah!" And "Rock on"...

I also know that in some cultures this particular hand sign was used as protection against things like the evil eye. Rather un-Satanic in that light.

Actually, I kind of got that impression from the article- that the rockers do there as well. As far as the link- chill out, everyone! It was a slow day and I thought it was funny. Geesh.:rolleyes:

He is more than an American. He represents us throughtout the world. Why does he need to geture at all? Isn't that why god gave us pockets? Besides, he and his whole family look stupid doing that.

I think that at this point, misinterpreted gestures are the least of our international perception worries.
